Service Description
The focus of this class is to find quiet time to connect your body, breathing, mind, and spirit. We begin with a short, guided breath work to calm the mind, then we open the upper and lower body before moving into a challenge sequence followed by a cool down flow. Savasana includes massage & aromatherapy. You should leave this class feeling invigorated yet calm and at peace. No experience need but if you have limitations start in a Basics class. Everything is provided. Mon 5:45 pm
