Schedule Yoga

At Bliss, it is our goal to make yoga enjoyable and unintimidating. We have intentional small class sizes and no mirrors in the studio. All classes are taught for all levels of experience and ability. Modifications will be given and props are provided to help you find your best and most comfortable poses that honor where your body is that day. Our primary goals are to love ourselves where we are, create peace within our minds and relax our bodies. Yoga isn't about being flexible, it's about finding space within ourselves. Join our wonderful community of yogis who are ready to uplift you in your healing journey. 

Kids 10 and up are welcome.
Yoga mat and props are provided (2 blocks, strap and blanket). Complimentary lockers with keys are also provided.

Currently only private classes and parties are offered at the studio.

8 am Tuesday and Thursday: Bliss Basics
6:30 pm every other Wednesday: Nidra & Chill (Restorative)

We do have a strict arrival time policy. Please arrive 5-15 minutes before class. The studio door is locked at class time.

Yoga is about creating a quiet and healing space for the mind and spirit, as well as the physical poses. It is disrespectful to others to come in late but it also puts you at risk for injury because the yoga flow is designed to stretch and open you up as each pose prepares you for the next. Therefore, it is best to start at the beginning. This is why the door is locked at the start time.
