The Bliss philosophy is to make yoga enjoyable and unintimidating.  All classes are taught for all levels of experience and ability. Modifications will be given and props are provided to help you find your best and most comfortable poses that honor where your body is that day. Our primary goals are to love ourselves where we are, create peace within our minds and relax our bodies. Yoga isn't about being flexible, it's about finding space within ourselves. Join our wonderful community of yogis who are ready to uplift you in your healing journey. 

Currently only private classes and parties are offered at the studio.
